Learn measurement and evaluation of a dynamical physical values. Competention to review accuracy and applicability of mesured values for machine part calculation. Review influence of a noise and vibrations on a human.

Summary

This subject pick up the threads of subject Technical experiment. The subject deals with a measuring of loading spectra, noise and vibrations of machines, especilly of geaborxes. The subject also deals with testing methods of a machines and of a machine parts from point of view of durability, and desing and operation of testing stands.

Subject syllabus:

LabView - development software. A/D converter, sampling frequency. Record of the dynamical phenomenons. Signal types and their processing. Loading spectra production. Frequency analysis FFT. Vibration and noise on the working place. Advanced strain gauge measurement - biaxial state of stress analysis, residual stress analysis.
