Summary

The subject makes a summary and an extension of knowledge of Machine parts and Mechanisms I and II. The whole spectrum of basic machine parts will be applied on example of a simply drive. The subject focuses itself to the node shaft-bearing, optimization of the transmission and other elements - couplings, clutches, brakes etc. The result will be a student's ability to design the simply drive or its parts.

Student v rámci ročníkového projektu představujícího jedno nebo dvoustupňovou převodovou skříň s čelními ozubenými koly vypracuje: 1.Optimalizovaný návrh rozměrů převodové skříně 2.Zjednodušený pevnostní výpočet ozubení dle 4.dílu ČSN 014686 3.Výpočet namáhání hřídelů 4.Výpočet únosnosti ložisek 5.Další potřebné výpočty (pera, drážkování, šrouby atd.) 6.Výkres sestavení ve ve třech pohledech 7.Dílenský výkres 1 hřídele a 1 ozubeného kola
