Summary

Geometrical analysis of spur and helical V gearing (external and internal). Design of gearing parameters for a fulfillment of all critical conditions using Blocking Contours Diagrams. Preliminary estimation of gear dimensions and calculation of a load capacity this way designed gearings, using the standard CSN 01 4686.

Subject syllabus:

1) Používané metody numerické matematiky. 2) Evolventní ozubení, jeho vznik a princip. 3) Základní rozměry obecně korigovaného V soukolí. 4) Nejčastější numerické úlohy při řešení geometrie V soukolí. 5) Kreslení profilu a patního přechodu nestandardního zubu s využitím PC. 6) Vnitřní soukolí typu V, rozměry, druhy interferencí. 7) Diagramy mezních korekcí a jejich využití. 8) Materiály ozubených kol. 9) Návrhový výpočet ozubení. 10) ČSN 01 4686 a její využití. 11) Tvorba datového souboru, popisujícího profil zubu pro následný MKP pevnostní výpočet (preprocesing).
