Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Cílem předmětu je poskytnout studentům informace o klasifikaci, funkcionalitě a metodách projektování jednotlivých typů řídicích systémů – od jednoduchých regulátorů, přes systémy číslicového řízení, až k hierarchickým systémům řízení složitých procesů. Jsou rovněž seznámeni s obecnou metodologií projektového řízení a využitím softwarového produktu Microsoft Project jako podpůrného nástroje pro řízení projektů. Studenti budou ovládat kategorizovat a charakterizovat jednotlivé druhy řídicích systémů a identifikovat oblasti jejich využití, projektovat proces implementace řídicích systémů a řídit jeho průběh s využitím nástrojů projektového řízení.

Summary

Computer integrated manufacturing (basic structures and components). Basic methods and documents of control systems design. Industrial robots, NC machines, programmable logical controllers - control systems and programming. Network diagramms and Gantts charts. Critical path method, PERT method. Project managemenet – creating of project in MS Project software, adition of resources and costs, project monitoring and control, project vizualization. Theory of constraints.
