The course is focused on acquainting students with the methods of work in the field of quality and reliability, especially in manufacturing engineering and production of mechatronic devices. Instruction is focused on the statistical methods used in quality management systems..

Summary

1st The statistical evaluation of data, creating experimental histograms and distribution functions. Correlation analysis of operational data. 2nd Specify percentiles randomly spaced data. Methodologies for estimating the probability distribution type of random numbers. 3rd Fundamentals of probability theory in its application to reliability evaluation of systems. 4th Indicators of system reliability, failure rate and mean time between failures. 5th Methods of improving reliability (backup). 6th Statistical quality control, control charts. Paterová analysis. 7th Organizing endurance test products cenzorové files. 8th Analysis of reliability and safety of products according to FMEA & FMECA .. 9.Systems of quality management and standards ISO 9000
