The primary goal of the subject is by the creation of useful features and tools (that simplify the work in MS Office) to acquaint students with practical programming.

Summary
The subject closely follows the compulsory subject Technical computing, where students acquired a basic knowledge of algorithms. Acquired knowledge are expanding by practical skills to apply through VBA (Visual Basic for Application). Graduates will thus be able to use the programming options of MS Office products to solve various tasks from practice.

• Practical Algorithms in VBA to solve programming problems in MS Excel.
• Basics and principles of object-oriented programming (the concept of class, interfaces, properties, methods, etc.).
• MS Excel object model (work with objects, collections, and the interaction between MS Office)
• Event-driven programming - expanding the user interface.
• An introduction to modern programming language Visual Basic.. NET
