The aim of this diploma seminar is to enable students to discuss with experts from other universities, and especially over the issue of practice dealing with current problems of industrial practice.

Doporučenými prameny jsou prezentace společností zabývajícími se Průmyslovou automatizací a informačními technologiemi. Jedná se o webové prezentace a portály společností dlouhodobě spolupracujících s katedrou automatizační techniky a řízení jako ABB, ATX Automation, Siemens, Visteon, Tieto, EVRAZ Vítkovice a společnosti národního strojírenského klastru.
