Gears and their control. Combined gears. Multi- engine drives, characteristics, optimization and control. Evaluation of various transfer types from technical and economic point of view. CAM-CAD

Subject syllabus:

Obsah přednášek: • Možnosti a použití CAM ve výrobě. • Definice a obecné schéma servomechanismu a pohonu. • Současné trendy rozvoje elektrických pohonů. • Seznámení s programem Solid Edge. • Teoretický rozbor servopohonů (konstrukce, technické inovace apod.). • Popis regulátoru servopohonu (TLD-132F). • Ovládání servopohonu pomocí programu Twin Line Control Tool, možnosti a použití v praxi. • Možností frekvenčních měničů a krokových motorů v návaznosti na CAM. • Rozdělení pohonů podle použitého motoru, základní technické parametry . • Zpětnovazební regulační struktury pro pohony s asynchronními motory. • Pohony pro průmyslovou automatizaci a robotiku. • Připojení převodníků a snímačů Obsah cvičení: • Návrh konstrukčních prvků v programu Solid Edge. (5 týdnů) • Praktické aplikace s servopohonem a s programem Twin Line Control Tool. (4 týdny) • Nastavení a ovládání frekvenčního měniče. (2 týdny) • Ovládání krokového motoru z PC. (2 týdny) • Zápočet
