Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The PhD student is experienced in system identification methods and mathematical - physical modelling and is able to use the methods by the solving of the topic of the dissertation. He/she is able to design the identification experiment, evaluate the results and realize the simulation model using the simulation programme. He/she is able to run the simulation experiments, to choose suitable numerical method and set up the conditions of the numerical solution. The professional skills allow him/her to verify the results of the simulation experiments.

Summary

Systems and models, types of mathematical models, differential equations, state space description, description in frequency domain. Modeling, analytical methods of system identification, principles of physical modeling. Methods of system identification, black box approach. Input, output signals, step response, frequency analysis. Nonparametric methods. Parameter estimation of dynamic models. Stochastic approach, correlation methods. Identification experiment, model validation and model simulation and use.

Student zpracuje seminární práci zaměřenou na aplikaci metod identifikace a modelování a rozvoj znalostí v oblasti analýzy vlastností dynamických systémů v návaznosti na téma disertační práce. Zpracování seminární práce a dosažené výsledky průběžně konzultuje.

Subject syllabus:

Matematické modely dynamických systémů, jejich klasifikace a struktury. Formulace matematických modelů obecně nelineárních, časově variantních dynamických systémů Matematicko-fyzikální modelování a tvorba modelů se soustředěnými parametry dynamických systémů různých fyzikálních domén. Tvorba matematického modelu komplexního systémů v návaznosti na téma disertační práce. Experimentální metody identifikace spojitých modelů dynamických systémů pomocí deterministických signálů. Experimentální metody identifikace spojitých modelů dynamických systémů pomocí stochastických signálů. Experimentální identifikace diskrétních modelů dynamických systémů. Jednorázová identifikace diskrétních modelů systémů. Rekurzivní metody identifikace diskrétních modelů. Experimentální identifikace pomocí nelinearity ve zpětné vazbě.
