Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Th PhD student knows the principles of the design and maintanance of the pneumatic drives. He/she is able to design the pneumatic circuit and desing an experiment for testing of the properties of the drive.

Summary

Properties of the compressed air, thermo mechanics of the compressed air. Compressed air generation and distribution, pipelines calculations. Components of the pneumatic drives, their construction and properties: pneumatic cylinders, control valves, power components, service equipment. Basic pneumatic circuits, circuit diagrams, circuit design.

Předmět je zakončen zkouškou za účasti školitele. Tematické okruhy zkušebních otázek vycházejí z osnovy předmětu a mají vazbu na téma disertační práce.

Student zpracuje seminární práci zaměřenou na návrh pneumatických mechanizmů a rozvoj znalostí v návaznosti na téma disertační práce. Zpracování seminární práce a dosažené výsledky průběžně konzultuje.

Subject syllabus:

Pneumatické systémy- stlačený vzduch jako médium pro přenos energie. Termodynamika stlačeného vzduchu, proudění vzduchu přes dýzu. Příprava stlačeného vzduchu, jeho rozvod, návrh pneumatického vedení. Konstrukce a vlastnosti prvků pneumatického mechanizmu: pneumatické motory řídicí prvky prvky pr úpravu stlačeného vzduchu Základní pneumatické obvody. Modelivání a simulace pneumatických mechanizmů. Řízení pneumatických pohonů. Řídicí systémy, programování. Měření a zkoušení pneumatických prvků a systémů.
