Analyse existing situation of production arrangement. Sketch variants next development of engaged production. Choose optimal variant. Solved of modernization production with robotized workplace. Choose suitable robots, peripheral equipment and next completive arrangement robotized technological workplace. Apply learned material in new situations. Make out robotized technological workplace.

Summary

Předmět patří do skupiny odborných a prohlubujících. Studenti se seznámí se specifickou oblastí navrhování robotizovaných technologických pracovišť, hlavními směry komplexní automatizace výrobních systémů, pružnými výrobními systémy a úlohou PRaM v pružných výrobních systémech na příkladech realizovaných v praxi. Při navrhování RTP se posluchači postupně seznámí s řešením specifických dílčích problémů počínaje výběrem vhodné součástkové základny, výrobních a manipulačních prostředků, až po návrh struktury pracoviště podle druhu výroby, technologie ap.. Závěrečná část látky bude věnována obsahu projektové dokumentace, bezpečnosti a hygieně práce a ergonomii pracoviště.Důraz je kladen na automatizaci výrobních systémů průmyslovými roboty.Cílem předmětu je formování odborného profilu absolventa, který bude pracovat na projektech nebo v provozech robotizovaných výrobních systémů.

Subject syllabus:

Contens lectures 1. Basic concepts. 2. Designing of technological workplaces with IRaM production systems. 3. Ordering of technological workplaces with IRaM. 4. Materials flows, progress at analysis materials flows. 5. Choice representatives products in lot manufacture . Designing lines in mass production. 6. Procedures at selection of production machines and arrangement, selection of manipulation instrument etc. 7. Optimal proposal of technological workplace with IRaM. 8. Technical preparation manufacture. Design produce, techno - consequentialitycomponent etc. 9. Workplaces and area workplace with IRaM. Optimal ordering of arrangement. 10. Specific conditions of technology cutting operation and at design RTW. 11. Specific conditions technology cubical shanking and surface shanking at design RTW. 12. Specific conditions technology of arc welding, point welding at design RTW. 13. Specific conditions technology of surface adjustments at design RTW. 14. Safety and hygiene at work and their influence on designed workplace RTW. Contens practice 1. Identification with requirements in practice. 2. Setting themes for work in practice. 3. Examples solution workplace with IRaM. 4. Analysis of part base. 5. Capacitive calculation workplace, choice machines and arrangement. 6. Manipulation arrangement and design flow material, calculation and graphically. 7. Design of optimal workplace layout. 8. Test No. 1. setting independent project. 9. Analysis used tools, fixative preparations and working processing. 10. Meaning of working zones, access roads, safety distance etc. 11. System design drive workplace.
