·Předmět je určen pro posluchače bakalářského studia v oboru Slévarenství Jeho cílem je seznámit posluchače s možnostmi tvorby modelů odlitků a forem pomocí špičkového CAD/CAD systému Pro/ENGINEER.

Subject syllabus:

1) The basic philosophy of 3D modeling. Creation of basic types of models. Extrude, rotate, solid volume, 2) Creation of basic types of models. Making holes. 3) Other types of models, thin models. Sweep, Blend, Copy components. Mirroring, paterns. 4) Creation of auxiliary elements. The plane axis, the point coordinate system. 5) Advanced techniques of model making. Creating models of springs, sketching curves. 6) Prepare a model for creating the assembly. Types ofconections for the positioning of components in assemblies. Redefining the location of components in the assembly. 7) Modification in the report, resize and shift part of the rotation of parts, copy of components. Making cuts in the assembly. Modification of sections in the assembly. 8) Creating of forms.
