Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the course is to explain to students of bachelor's studies the meaning and function of technical documentation. Students will get acquainted with various forms of documentation during the product life cycle, from studies, projects to implementation documentation, needed for the implementation of new technical systems, repairs and maintenance of existing ones. They will also be acquainted with the legislative conditions for the creation of various forms of documentation. They will be able not only to create various types of technical documentation, but also to use available types of documentation to obtain information for mechanical design and project creation. In the seminars, students will learn the procedures of creating drawing documentation in a CAD system.
