Summary

Laboratorní cvičení na robotu RTX. Inicializace robotu, uchopování a přemisťování předmětů, pohyb různými rychlostmi. Laboratorní cvičení na robotu RTX. Tvorba vlastní slovní knihovny ve FORTHu, komplikovaný pohyb předmětu přes překážky, komunikace s obsluhou. Obsluha bitových I-O. Reakce na havarijní stavy- ošetření. Laboratorní cvičení na robotu ABB a Mitsubishi. Naprogramování a odladění definice drah pomocí režimu učení a přímého zadávání bodů. Procvičení práce s bitovými I-O, Spuštění a analýza dodaného cvičného příkladu ovládání robotu. Návrh, odladění programu pro vykreslování zadaných znaků pisátkem na podložce s využitím lineární a kruhové interpolace. Využití přerušovacích instrukcí k ošetření překročení povoleného tlaku na pisátko.

Subject syllabus:

1. Safety in labs 2.-5 Introduction ABB robot, programming, Robotics studio 3.-5. Robot RTX anf Forth language, programming 6. Fischer technics robots kits 7.-10. Mitsubishi robots - introduction and programming. 11.-12. Robot Bur&Nos, programming drives based on stepping motors. 13. Special sensoric subsystems. 14.Evaluation.
