To analyze the mechanisms to calculate the forces and moments. Define computational models of machine parts and assemblies for stress analysis. Analyze computational models. Interpret the analysis results. To solve the problem components and knots

Teaching methods

Summary

Předmět je logickým pokračováním předmětu, Základy 3D modelování pro obor Procesní a konstrukční inženýrství. Předmět je zaměřen na možnosti kinematických a dynamických analýz mechanismů a dále pevnostních analýz počítačových 3D modelů, využitím modulů systému Pro/ENGINEER.

Compulsory literature:

PTC, Waltham , Masssachusetts, USA, Pro/MECHANIKA, Using Structure, whit Pro/ENGINEER: USA 1997.

Subject syllabus:

1. Kinematic and dynamic analysis of mechanisms. 2. Calculation of generalized forces and moments. Calculations of reactions. 3. The task of the inverse transformation in the mechanisms. 4. Introduction to the module / MECHANICAL - STRUCTURE, possibilities, limitations. Principle of geometric elements method . 5. Creation of the computational model. Units used. Entering the material from the library define a new material. Definition of boundary conditions (type of store). 6. Definition of computational methods. The principle of convergence analysis of results interpretation. 7 Create of regions, geometric change meshing elements. 8. Idealization of the computational model. Creation of shell elements. Entering boundary conditions, entry load. Creation of the elements of the "beam". Creation springs. 9.Creation of joint, joint with one degree of freedom (rotations), with three joint rotations. 10. Analysis assemblies , welding, bolting. 11. Analyzing the behavior stored in the shaft roller bearings. 12. Introduction to optimization. The definition of an optimized system. 13.Sensitive analysis. Definition and analysis. Definition of optimization studies. Design optimization, interpretation of results.
