Creating simulations of robotized workplaces to support decision-making processes of workplaces design. Advanced user of ABB RobotStudio simulation system. Basic knowledge of the Process Simulate environment. Current trends in robotic workplaces simulations.

Summary

Students will learn the importance of complex simulations of robotic workplaces in the design phase. The course will show techniques for creating simulations in RobotStudio and their use for workplace design. Furthermore, students will be acquainted with the requirements for 3D models of workplaces in CAD systems for their transfer to simulation systems. At the end of the semester, simulations in the Process Simulate environment will be shown.
