Summary
Students will learn the wider context of the CAD to create 3D models of parts and assemblies of mechatronic systems for more efficient use of the design process and realization in terms of the mechanical design. An important aspect of the effective design is the management of current data, which will also mentioned and practised. Students will also get acquainted with the Top-Down design method for mechanisms assemblies structures. The end of the semester will be devoted to specific requirements of used simulation systems of robotic workplaces (RobotStudio, Process Simulate, V-Rep) for input data formats and their preparation from a 3D design model in CAD system.
