Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the course is to train students for research activities in the field. In relation to the content of the course is the ability to order a deep analysis of the nature of the processes in the field of technical systems and the subsequent synthesis of knowledge to solve the problems identified, creative activities, resulting in a proposal fundamentally new or significantly upgraded systems.

Summary

Charakteristic of robototechnical systems, present stay and evaluation trends. Industrial and service robots. Mechatronic systems and their application in technological processes – examples and possibilities. Subsystems of the PraM. Design methods of production systems with PraM. Exploitation of CAD/CAE/CAM/CAI systems in robotics. Specific problems of robototechnics systems – dynamics, precision, control, trajectory planning programming

Subject syllabus:

1. Classification of robotic systems, basic concepts, parameters and terminology, subsystems robots and manipulators. 2. Action subsystem robots and manipulators - kinematic chain, implementation of motion units. 3. Powerful subsystem robots and manipulators - the structure of drives, gears, motors, drives mechanics of robots and manipulators. 4. The support subsystem robots and manipulators - structure, design, calculations. 5. Creating models of action subsystem - methods and design resources. 6. Types of robots and their specifics. robots and manipulators, serial and parallel. 7. The deployment of robots and manipulators in engineering and non-engineering industries. 8. Trends in automation of service operations, service and personal robots specifics of the proposal.
