The goal is to master the principles of design methodology so that the student is able to apply them, based on an analysis of the problem. With the acquired knowledge to apply specific methods of technical creative work towards the design of new or innovative technical (mechatronic) systems.

Summary

The aim of the course "Design Methodology in Mechatronics" is to introduce with a systems approach to the design of machines and equipment in general and the concept specifics in the area of ​​robotics and mechatronics. The present body of knowledge about designing a rational basis for teaching practical and creative work of engineers, especially engineers, with an emphasis on solving technical problems in general. Subject areas include: construction activities such as creative problem solving, design process and its stages, transformation, technical processes, technical systems, creative thinking, the emergence of blocks, the science of design (designing met.) base. concepts and approaches, value analysis (value engineering) methods, Solutions Innovation theory of technical systems, discrepancies in technology, TRIZ principles, ARIZ, SW - TechOptimizer and practice its use, solution innovation support Computers - Invention Machine.

Subject syllabus:

1. Základní principy a postupy metodiky konstruování. 2. Kreativní metody řešení technických problémů – psychologické metody. Zákonitosti rozvoje technických systémů. Rozpory ve vynálezeckých úlohách. Principy eliminace technických rozporů, řešení fyzikálních rozporů transformacemi. 3. Funkčně nákladová analýza (FNA) – počítačová podpora TechOptimizer: komponenty, struktura, funkce, parametry, diagnóza, správný výběr zadání a správná formulace zadání. Analýza komponent a struktury, analýza funkcí a parametrů. 4. Zdokonalování objektu procedurami omezování počtu prvků (snižování nákladů) a rozvíjení doplňkových funkcí (zvyšování počtu a stupně plnění funkcí) zdokonalovaného objektu (výrobku nebo procesu). Formulace inovačních zadání a úloh v typové pdobě: rozpor, model, potřeba. 5. Syntéza technických systémů (Algoritmus řešení vytvořených inovačních zadání - ARIZ). Překonávání technických rozporů heuristickými postupy. Invention Machine – nástroj pro podporu syntézy technických systémů. 6. Překonávání fyzikálních rozporů standardními postupy. Řešení modelu problému transformacemi vazeb látek a polí. 7. Řešení funkce vybranými efekty přírodních věd. Internetový asistent a jeho využití pro fáze analýzy problému, syntézy řešení a verifikace variant. 8. Mechatronické systémy a jejich specifika z hlediska návrhových metod. Využití TechOptimizeru a Invention Machine při jejich analýze a návrhu. Transformace inovačního zadání do CAD systému. Komplexní linka počítačové podpory inovačních technologií. 9. Správné konstruování z různých hledisek – Design for „X“ (DFA, DFM, DFQ, …)
