The goal is to master the principles of design methodology so that the student is able to apply them, based on an analysis of the problem. With the acquired knowledge to apply specific methods of technical creative work towards the design of new or innovative technical (mechatronic) systems.

Summary

The aim of the course "Design Methodology in Mechatronics" is to introduce with a systems approach to the design of machines and equipment in general and the concept specifics in the area of ​​robotics and mechatronics. The present body of knowledge about designing a rational basis for teaching practical and creative work of engineers, especially engineers, with an emphasis on solving technical problems in general. Subject areas include: construction activities such as creative problem solving, design process and its stages, transformation, technical processes, technical systems, creative thinking, the emergence of blocks, the science of design (designing met.) base. concepts and approaches, value analysis (value engineering) methods, Solutions Innovation theory of technical systems, discrepancies in technology, TRIZ principles, ARIZ, SW - TechOptimizer and practice its use, solution innovation support Computers - Invention Machine.

Subject syllabus:

1. Basic principles and practices of design methodology . 2. Creative methods of solving technical problems - psychological methods . Patterns of development of technical systems. Discrepancies in inventive tasks. Principles elimination of technical contradictions , solving physical contradictions transformations. 3. Functionally cost analysis (FNA ) - Computer Aided TechOptimizer : components , structure , functions , parameters , diagnosis, proper selection and award the formulation of a task. Component analysis and structure analysis function , and parameters. 4. Improving by limiting the number of elements ( cost reduction ) and the development of additional functions (increasing the number and degree of fulfillment of functions) improving object ( product or process). The formulation of innovative and award task : contradiction , model , needed. 5. Synthesis of technical systems ( created innovative solution algorithm assignment - ARIZ ) . Overcoming the technical contradictions heuristic procedures . Invention Machine - tool for promoting synthesis of technical systems. 6. Overcoming physical contradictions standard procedures . solving the model problem ties transformations of substances and fields . 7. Solution features selected effects of natural sciences. Internet and his assistant use the phase problem analysis , solution synthesis and verification options. 8. Mechatronic systems and their characteristics in terms of design methods. Use TechOptimizer and Invention Machine in the analysis and design. Transforming Innovation enter into CAD system. Comprehensive line computer promoting innovative technologies. 9. Proper designing of various aspects - Design for " X" ( DFA , DFM , DFQ ...)
