Types of organizational structures, what is planning, personnel management, work incentives. What are the managerial functions, stages of development management, relationship goals and interests of the company and manager.
General design principles of the energy program. Energy analysis.
Energy Audit.
Management consumption. Conditions for sustainability of activities in developing economies.
Determination of energy balance. Analysis of energy flow, finding weaknesses.
Its energy program, targets of corporate power.
Installation of meters, the customization of software for the transmission path, transmission and analysis.
