makes them connected to basic ways of monitoring and detecting of emissions
from pollution sources, including their calculation methods.

Subject syllabus:
1. Distribution areas of legislation, environmental law, explanation. Fundamental concepts and defining the scope of knowledge required.
2. The law on air protection, interpretation, basic terminology, allocation of resources pollution, the obligation of operators permitted level of pollution.
3. State administration in air protection, the powers registry resources pollution charging pollutant emissions, the calculation of fees.
4. Measurement of power plants, heating plants and heating plants, emission limits and other conditions traffic sources of pollution, economic and technical compliance checking tool emission limits.
5. Monitoring levels of pollutants in terms of legislative requirements, basic terms of measuring the distribution of measurement principles.
6. Methods of determining the quantity of emissions of gaseous pollutants.
7. The calculation of emissions of gaseous pollutants, conversion to a reference base and demonstrating compliance with emission limits.
8. Processing the results of measurements of gaseous pollutants of air pollution sources such as basis for state administration in air protection and to calculate the fee air pollution, verification of continuous monitoring.
9. Continuous emission monitoring, evaluation of compliance with emission limits; principle of using mobile laboratories to monitor emissions and pollution levels, significance authorized emission.
