Within this subject the students will get a basic overview of the general problems of steam boilers, their basic parts and will meet with the basic rules about their parameters and computational procedures during designing of basic components.

Subject syllabus:

1. week Primary energy, its transformation to e-mail. energy and heat efficiency of transformation. 2nd Scheme of transformation of primary energy in the boiler, the flow of working fluid and substances in the boiler. 2nd week Boilers for power and CHP units, boilers characteristics. 2nd Special boilers, combustion of alternative fuels, the use of waste heat boilers. 3rd 1st week Classification of boilers according to the working media, boilers with natural circulation and forced circulation boilers. 2nd Once-through boilers, with movable and fixed at the end of evaporation. 4th 1st week Cutting fuel burned under boilers and type uhniště, boiler with a grate furnace. 2nd Boilers with a powder fire, types and sized fuel fabrication. 5th 1st week Boilers with pulverized fire, types and designs, boilers výtavným fire, types and designs. 2nd Fluidized bed boilers with fire, the principle functions and their types, additive desulphurization. 6th 1st week Fluid and fireplace with škvárující neškvárující PV, types and design, 2nd IGNIFLUID Fluid fireplace with a stationary PV for combustion and gasification of fuel types and designs. 7th 1st week Fireplace with circulating FV principles, possibilities and their division. 2nd Types and design of boilers with circulating FV. 8th 1st week Gas-burning gas and oil, their types and designs. 2nd Special boilers, incineration alternative. fuels (biuomasda, waste), waste heat boilers. 9th 1st week Influence of parameters on the design of boiler fuel, abrasion, fouling, slag. 2nd Emissions, low-temperature chlorine corrosion and rust. 10th 1st week Principles of design evaporator with natural circulation, the effect of pressure on the evaporator discharge. 2nd Evaporator with forced circulation, stability, flow characteristics of the evaporator. 11th 1st week Superheater, ECO, the reason for their inclusion, sitouvání in the boiler. 2nd Air heaters, the reasons for its inclusion, construction types and their arrangement in the boiler. 12th 1st week Influence of steam parameters and properties požadopvaných the design and construction of boilers. 2nd Thermal calculation of the boiler, the boiler in the design process and conversion. 13th 1st week Boiler Control Systems, Power Control. 2nd Control of high-temperature steam. 14th 1st week Temperature control of low pressure steam. 2nd the drum level control (power), combustion control and vacuum Exercise: 1 Heat balance of the boiler (the program). 2nd Effectiveness of a steam boiler. 3rd Construction of the walls of steam boilers, their development, design of membrane walls. 4th Design and suspension reinforcement membrane wall construction passages. 5th The balance of the mill (the program). 6th Balance fireplace with stationary solar, combustion and gasification (program). 7th Balance air and ash in the boiler. 8th The course of gas and air pressure. Boilers vacuum and pressure, calculate pressure and tension loss. 9th Check the specified fuel and set the calculation of fuel (program). 10th Steam balance drum, natural circulation design (the program). 11th Balance superheater, ESA and the injection of the principle structure (the program). 12th The balance of the air heater, design principles (program) 13 Calculation of fire and heat transfer surfaces. 14th Credit. .
