Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

In subject usage secondary sources energy introduce students with presence and characteristics secondary sources energy and manners their economical exploitation and economic effectiveness installation. In second parts subject will obtain aggregate table from problems economies energetics, i. e. economical exploitation single kinds energy and economic problems power engineering.

Teaching methods

Summary

The subject deals with presence and characteristic of secondary energy sources and with the way of their economic utilization and economic efficiency of instalation. Second part of the subject deals with a summary of energetics economy, it means economic utilization of specific kinds of energy and economic problems of energetics.

Subject syllabus:

1. Secondary sources energy, classification, occurrence. Kind, classification, occurrence, possibilities utilization. 2. Manners usage outlet gas metallurgical and chemical plant. Physical heat of firm materials. Physical heat of gas. Recovery of heat. 3. Boiler on hest waste, sorts and characteristics. Basic calculation warm-exchange rate surfaces boiler on off - heat. Calculation combustor for additional heating waste heat boilers. Perceivable heat liquids. 4. Cooling in power establishment. Ways and means usage. Usage flat - potential warm by the help of thermal pumping device. Basic cycles, heating factor, electric drive and combustion motor. Cooling of technological unit. Ways and means usage. Evaporating cooling. Arrangement for combination usage phisical heat refrigerating waters and phisical warm gas. 5. Potencial energy. Characteristic, occurrence and chances of usage.
