Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim of the course is to inform the student about the basics of line construction design, to teach him to orient in the legislative documents needed in the process of capital construction in the field of telecommunications, needs and budgets planning, etc. and verify his knowledge and skills acquired by teaching.

Summary
The content is a basic portfolio of information on the process of preparation, design and approval process of documentation and implementation in the field of investment in telecommunications technology. The course suitably complements other professional subjects and will enable the graduate to orient himself very well in the issue.
