Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Explain and learn student principles of production technical documentation. Be able to read and create common engineering drawing, documents and reports. Mastering the rules and basic procedure of engineering documentation production, on area machine-industries, building and first of all electrotechnical. Obtain the overview at technical professional standards. Manage the bases handling of software CAD system.

Summary

Preparation of documents used in electrotechnology, mechanical and civil engineering as well as graphs and proceedings from measurement are studied.

Lectures: Technical Standardisation, Purpose, Types Standard Specifications, Bride elect Numbers and Numerical Series. Drawing electrotechnical schems, drawing symbols, wiring. Situations diagram and schems Bases principles of imaging axonometric projection, rectangular projection, scales. Notation of cross-section, prescribe material and oven-ready food. Imaging of Cuts and cross-section, Partial Cuts, Break-in Picture, Details, Intersection, Oversimplify. Dimensioning on engineering drawing: dimension lines, ways of dimensioning, theses dimensioning. Imaging Mechanical Component - Scroll, Screws, Nut, Mats, Screwed Joint, Plug, Pivot, Lap, Pens, Cotter, Shafting, Bearing, Spring. Quality Work Surface, Roughness, Surface set-up, Heat treatment, Coating. System of Tolerances ISO. Imagery Mechanical Connection, Riveting, Welding, Cementation, Soldering Transmission - using, Calculation and Imaginary. Local Rules for Processing Technical Documentation, Technical Report. Computerised creating Technical Documentation. Exercises: Introductory Exercising, Demand on Conferment Inclusion Formats of drawing, Component, Lines, Writing. Electrotechnical Schema (selection). Electrotechnical Schema in Civil Engineering (selection). Schema of Energetics Systems Schema Printed Circuit. Block Schema (control, drive etc ..) Tables of Measured Values, Graph. Semestral Work.
