Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Understand to problems Parameters of a line derivation. Be able to apply exact method to calculation of transmission networks. Know how to reproduce problems of wave character of lines, and how to compute steady state operating of complex nodal alternating current networks. Can explain asymmetrical and non-harmonic curves problems in electrical networks. Apply reliability computation to basic electrical networks.

Summary
Subject contents problems of line constants derivation and calculation of transmission networks by exact method including problems of wave character of lines. Further it deals with computing of steady state operating of complex nodal alternating current networks. Furthermore contents asymmetrical and non-harmonic curves problems in electrical networks and application of reliability computations to basic electrical networks.
