Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students completing the course will be familiar with the principles and be able to independently create and solve assigned projects. Introduction to general principles of content, forms and methods of process engineering solutions given your own thesis and preparing for a successful solution to the specific individual projects.

Summary
Projects are entered seminary work primarily in the field of electrical equipment and technology, legislative activities in the field of safety of machinery and equipment, electric lights, electric machines and drives, and the like. The work is finished early project by handing in written or electronic form.
Compulsory literature:
Individually recommended reading the instructions thesis supervisor.
Recommended literature:
Mandatory guidance covering the preparation of the thesis according to directive listed on the FEECS website, VSB-TU Ostrava.
Standards: ČSN ISO 690, ČSN ISO 010 194.
And possibly other recommended reading the instructions thesis supervisor.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester
Regular consultations, evaluation of the objectives, outputs submission for publication, the preliminary results presentation, correction.

Subject syllabus:
1. Formal page DP (1st ,2th and 3rd week)
DP structure, requirements, familiarization with the rules
Cooperation with a secret part.
Formal arrangement DP (margins etc.) Demonstration in Word and PowerPoint.
DP structure according to the rules (analysis of the content of each section)
2. Advanced software tools for DP (4th and 5th week)
Word for DP-quality graphic of a picture (Visio, ConceptDraw)
An alternative to the word - LATECH transfer from EPLAN P8, EB, and the like.
3. Quotations and work with literature (6th and 7th week)
Why, where, how, quote, quote form, the practical part of DP.
Electronic resources of scientific literature and work with them
4. Quality presentations DP (8th and 9th week)
Reviewing knowledge of citation form of presentation, the recommended structure presentation - to study literature
Basics of rhetoric, the content of each slide, errors in the presentation, correction
Sample exemplary presentation and poor presentation, discussion
5. Consultation to formal problems of DP (10th and week 14th), consultations to presentations
Project part:
Individual thesis of each student, analysis, selection of appropriate methods and process solutions.
Laboratories:
Work on the design and implementation of the thesis in the laboratory and diploma consultation with the supervisor.
