Summary

The course acquaints students with issues of internal electrical wiring in buildings housing and civil construction, the design and construction of electric power distribution in industrial premises, with provisions for the laying of electrical power lines, carrying out electrical installations from external influences, wiring in separate buildings.Furthermore, the course deals with the connections, voltage, placing Connection boxes and measuring equipment, artificial lighting of the interior, outdoor lighting, lightning protection and surge, including grounding. Students will be familiar with CAD systems to support design activities. Students will be given a individual separate project .

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

• Continuous verifying of student knowledge in the exercises in a form of debate and inquiries to achieve student active participations in study process. Identify, deduce and search of problem solving and their interpretation by students. • Tests from chosen theoretical circuits • Project on a given theme on the basis of selection, investigation, ordering and final compilation of facts and their processing into final form of given theme.
