Summary
This course focuses on understanding the basic principles, composition and functions of DC and AC electric drives. The course content is based on knowledge of electronics, electrical machines, mechatronic systems and cybernetics.
Compulsory literature:
Recommended literature:
Additional study materials
Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester
Continuous study check:
Control tests - TEST 1, TEST 2 (see exercises)
Credit conditions:
Mandatory attendance at laboratory classes.
Total of 2 laboratory exercises rated with a maximum of 10 points, i.e. a total of maximum 20 points from the laboratory exercise. Submission of measurement protocols in regular time = 1 week after the end of the measurement.
Mandatory passing of 2 control tests in regular time. Each test is graded with a maximum of 10 points, i.e. a total of max. 20 points from the tests. Correction of one test is possible. In case of taking the test in other than the regular date and correcting the test, only 80% of the points obtained will be evaluated.
A maximum of 40 points can be obtained from the exercises. A minimum score is 20 points.
