Summary
Předmět klade důraz na návrh algoritmů, datovou abstrakci a jejich implementaci v automobilových elektronických systémech. Studenti se naučí efektivně využít programovacích prostředků a vývojových platforem pro vývoj řídicích aplikací. V předmětu je také kladen důraz na osvojení si programovacích návyků pro vytváření čitelných a znovu použitelných aplikačních programů. Na základě těchto znalostí budou studenti schopni zvolit vhodný programovací jazyk či vývojovou platformu pro realizaci konkrétní aplikace. Náplň se soustředí na řídící aplikace moderních elektronických systémů automobilů.

- Method of algorithm design with respect to input requirements, system and software architecture.
- Decomposition of the system into functions and subproblems, functional linkages of algorithms.
- Programming conventions in automotive, choice of variable and function names, determination of the complexity of algorithm implementation.
- Overview of development platforms for automotive systems.
- Program code optimization, debugging, testing and stepping.
- Methods of creating control control structures.
- Processing and handling of automotive sensor data.
- Application of algorithms for automotive powertrain control.
- Application of algorithms for the control of vehicle chassis systems.
- Application of algorithms for vehicle comfort systems.
- Specifics of algorithms for ADAS systems.
- Selection of algorithms for autonomous driving of automobiles.
