Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Learning outcomes are set so that the students are able to identify and apply tasks in the field of reliability and diagnostics. Understand the principles of encryption, security and reliability of information transmission.

Summary

The aim of this subject is three areas, diagnostic, reliability and codding. In the area of diagnostic, the subject deals with the fundamental conceptions of testing, with the testing by means of linear feedback register including symptom analyses and automatic test generators, with the Boundary Scan Architecture for testing. In the area of reliability, the subject deals with fundamental conceptions of reliability, with the calculation of reliability parameters including Markovski model, with the fault tolerant systems and its particular realization with the transition from the reliability to the quality, application theory quality QPL and QML. In area of coding, the subject deals with the fundamental of coding, with the linear code, with the cyclic code, with the Hamming code and with the convolution code
