Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim of this subject lies in acquisition of theoretical knowledges in control of AC controlled drives, multimotor drives, servodrives and in acquisition of some practical experience with their application. Obtained informations are useful parts of electrical engineers knowledges, especially for engineers interested in application of AC controlled drives.
Teaching methods
Summary
The subject deals with basic fundamentals and function of controlled AC electrical drives. Contens are based on knowledge of electronics, power electronics, electric machines and control theory.
Compulsory literature:
Recommended literature:
Technical texts at http://fei.vsb.cz/kat448/kat_448.htm
Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester
Verification of study:
Checking test TEST No.1, TEST No.2 (see exercise)
Conditions for credit:
100% attendance at laboratory, there is exceptional opportunity for individual compensation after teacher agreement.
All measuring protocol delivery in right term = one week after measurement lesson
Pass through all control tests in regular terms (it`ll be known one week ahead). There will be confirmed just only 80 % of obtained points in the case of different term. Each of these tests it's possible to repeat, but only with 80% of achieved points and there will be written the repeated test points!
Acquirement at least of 25 point from the 40 possible.
The exercises' point classification its 40 points, from that
T1 = max. 10 points
T2 = max. 10 points
Laboratory work = max. 20 points
