Po absolvování předmětu student umí vysvětlit princip moderních technologií povrchové montáže elektronických součástek na desky plošných spojů, řešit problémy, které tento ekonomicky efektivní, ale také technologicky náročný postup přináší, a aplikovat poznatky při uvádění moderních technologií do praxe.

Teaching methods

Summary

Subject acquaints the students with the procedure and methods for construction design electronic equipment. It acquaints with basic range of components and their construction style. It indicates different of components in commonplace industry and specially style.

Subject syllabus:

Přednášky: Ochrana proti účinkům statické elektřiny, ochrana zdraví pracovníků. Materiály desek ploš. spojů (DPS) a jejich technologické zpracování. Vícevrstvé DPS. Pouzdra součástek, jejich použitelnost a způsoby osazování. Nepájivá maska, potisky, nanášení pájecích past (aplikace sítotisku). Pájky, ekologicky přijatelné pájky, testování pájecích past, tavidla. Technika pájení. Pájení vlnou, přetavením, impulsní pájení, pájení laserem. Elektricky vodivá lepidla. Manipulace s obvody BGA (ball grid array) a TAB (tape automated bonding). Čištění DPS, čistidla, měření iontového znečistění povrchu. Ekologické aspekty výroby elektronických zařízení.
