Teaching methods

Summary

Basic properties of active circuit elements (vacuum tubes, BJT, JFET, MISFET). Current sources and current mirrors as active load elements. Examples of modern integrated linear structures: voltage feedback amplifier - VFA , current feedback - transimpedance - amplifier - CFA, operational transconductance amplifie - OTA, Norton amplifier - NA, current conveyors - (I)CCII.

Subject syllabus:

Přednášky: Historie elektroniky a operačních zesilovačů. Elektronky, bipolární a unipolární tranzistory. Zdroj proudu jako aktivní zátěž a emitorový odpor. Obvodová struktura: -klasický napěťový operační zesilovač (OZ,OPA, VFA); -transkonduktanční zesilovač (OTA); -Nortonův zesilovač (NZ); -proudový konvejor (CCII); -diamantový tranzistor (DT); -transimpedanční zasilovač (zesilovač s proudovou zpětnou vazbou - CFA). Proudový konvejor jako univerzální aktivní obvodový prvek. Konstrukce klasického OZ pomocí CCII (příklad LT1355).
