Summary

This subject is an connection between mathematical physics, physical chemistry and biological sciences. The subject falls with its content into an interdisciplinary bachelor specialization with a view to specialist for sanitary equipment. All the knowledge and skills acquired during the course are prerequisite for knowledge of specialist assistant for sanitary instruments. The content is a mathematical interpretation of biological processes investigative qualitative and quantitative aspect of physiochemical processes in the living substance, relation between living substances, various forms of energy and interference of living systems.

General properties. •Construction of biologically important macromolecules, cell structure. Molecular Physics. Proteins and lipids. Amino acids. Cell. •Molecular biophysics. Structure and properties of molecules. Interactions between components of building materials. Molecular properties of materials. Diffusion in solutions.Osmosis and osmotic pressure. Molecules, Biomacromolecules, molecular receptors. •Cell Biophysics. Structure of the cell. Methods of examination structure.Biomembranes. Types of transport agents. Electrical properties of cells.Propagation of electric potential. •Biophysics of tissues and organs. Mechanical properties of tissues. Fundamentals of Biomechanics. Biophysics of blood circulation.
