Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The subject is focused on an introduction of leadership and activities of an organization in health services in an area of using medical instruments – medical engineering, providing health care. The subject is intendment for bachelor study plan - Biomedical engineer for hospitals and medical facilities.

Summary
Theoretic subject provides basic information about questions of operating organization -medical facilities, about technical development and capital activity, about medical instruments – division, investment plan of gathering ZP, using ZP in providing health care, administration and ZP accounting, duties and activities for providing care of medical technology. Furthermore, the subject familiarizes with the law n:123/2000Sb, technics specifications for ZP of equipment character, norms for constructions of ZP – ZT, metrology, system of quality management, and organizations of dispatcher activities in technical management of operating medical facilities – hospitals.
