The subject is devoted to biophysical principle of instrumental technology and to utilization of electronic method, instruments and systems for diagnostic and therapeutical needs in medicine. Contribution of this subject is the use of electronic methods, instruments and systems in medicine. The object with its elignment fits into branch of measurements and contol techniques in biomedicine.The acquired knowledge and skill creates the basic knowledge of biomedicine engineering. Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

Verification of study: 2 x tests during semester and report Conditions for credit: On the whole maximum 100 points and minimum - 51 points. Two tests during maximum 40 points per test and 20 maximum points per report. It is required mandatory participation in seminars at least 80% from past lessons.

Lectures: Disposal of fundamentals biomedical instrument technique. Demand on column distillation apparatus. Jointing of medical arrangement with digitizing instruments. Inverters and connections of medical apparatus with PC and net. Specificity for image processing. Biophysical principles of investigative methods. Basic electrical activity in life organism, electric action on biomembrane. Shock conduction in tissue. Biopotential electrodes, oxidation, reduction and half cell potential. Polarization of electrodes, material, electrical duality, Practical realization. Bio - Amplifiers, division, structure of amplifiers, operational and isolated amplifier. Biosignal dividing.Idea of biosignal and his role in biomedical system. Signals working in medical arrangement, their origin and method processing.Electrical characteristics of weaving. Biopotential of peripheral nerve and skeletal muscle. Biopotential brains and heart, EEG, ECG, EOG. Measurement of non-electrical biosignals. Measurement of temperature, mechanical quantity, balistography, fonocardiography. Flow measurement. Monitoring. Telemetry. Instruments for ergometry workplace.
