- Life expectancy in different regions of the world and our - Atherosclerosis as a major problem of the civilized world - Risk factors of atherosclerosis and their mutual interaction - Hypertension - the most common disease of the circulation, cholesterol and its relationship to diet - Effects of chemical pollutants - Cigarette smoking as a major risk factor for atherosclerosis and cancer - Obesity and diabetes - Alcohol and drug addiction - Chemical and physical carcinogens - Cancer: possibilities for influencing lifestyle - The principles of good nutrition, prevention - Physical activity in relation to civilization diseases - Possibilities of prevention of lifestyle diseases
