Subject syllabus:

- Introduction, introduction with the content and requirements, a summary of current knowledge, diagnostic and therapeutic devices - motive system (passive and active motor skills) - motive system and its functions ( postural muscles) - muscle imbalance and its relation to posture, movement patterns - functional debilitation of motive system - debilitation of the motive system - debilitation of the species and their characteristics - standing, the standing posture, characteristic - sitting, Dynamic sitting, alternative seating - business sector, the issue of lifting and carrying, static loads of duress Laboratory - basic starting position for the exercise - methodology for balancing exercises - fitness training - methodology, use of technical aids - Stretching exercises - the principles, basic techniques - breathing exercises - relaxation exercises - psychomotor exercises - Practice good standing
