Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

After passing this class student is able to: define the basic ideas from the area of diagnostics, explain individual diagnostic methods, apply these methods in practice, can get oriented in localization of failures, can calculate and measure the diagnostic parameters, can interpret findings and is able to demonstrate technical thinking and creative attitude in dealing with new problems.

Summary

This class introduces the students to the basics of diagnostics and applied reliability in the areas of vibro, thermo, tribo and electro diagnostics. The final part of this class is focused on revision of electrical devices.

Přednášky: Úvod do diagnostiky. Spolehlivostní charakteristiky a parametry.. Vibrodiagnostika I,základy, popis signálů, měřené veličiny Vibrodiagnostika II, měření mechanických závad Zvuková a ultrazvuková diagnostika Termodiagnostika, fyzikální základy, měření teplot, termovize Tribodiagnostika transformátorů Diagnostika elektrického oblouku- popis volně hořícího oblouku, možnosti jeho identifikace, ochrana rozvodných zařízení před obloukem Diagnostika asynchronních motorů pomocí proudových spekter Elektrodiagnostika -základy, popis vybraných diagnostických metod Elektrodiagnostika - aplikace na motorech, transformátorech, rozvodných zařízeních Elektrodiagnostika pomocí rázové vlny, částečné výboje Diagnostika v revizní činnosti - měření izolačních odporů, impedancí, měření na chráničích, měření na domácích spotřebičích Expertní systémy a použití neuronových sítí v elektrodiagnostice Cvičení: Úvod - bezpečnostní školení.
