Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students will know the basic rules and standards in power electrical engineering in this course, which are necessary for future work as projecting of electric devices and for control of a work activity in electrical engineering.

Summary

In this subject, students are informed about standardization in ČR and abroad, including tabular interpretation of standards, rules and regulations from the area of standardization, electric apparatus safety, protection from electric shock, with electromagnetic compatibility, outer influences, production of documentation and news writing.

Compulsory literature:

Standards and regulations - HD 60364 (IEC 364) (chapter 1 to chapter 7), EN 50110 ed. 2, laws (Zák. 22/1997, NV 17/2003, Zák. 262/2006, Zák. 458/2000)) Presentation of lectures, syllabus of the subject.

Lectures: 1. State of standardisation in the Czech Republic and in abroad 2. Standard harmonisation, technical regulations for chosen devices 3.Workers' qualification in electrical engineering (the present and a prospective state) 4. Chosen regulations and standards for: - marks in electrotechnical designes and on products - marking of quantities, units and in the designes - technical capacity in electrical engineering and in enterprise conditions 5. Chosen regulations and standards for: - electric devices designing in the area of the capital construction - technical documentation production including of the PC support - technical terminology 6. Chosen regulations and standards for: - system of network marking - power quality - power connecting, supply and economy 7. Chosen regulation for: - EMC - text writing 8. Bases and ways of electrical current injury danger-1.part 9. Bases and ways of electrical current injury danger-2.part 10. External influences, electrical devices covering and climatic conditions 11. Safety bases at chosen electrical devices-1.part 12. Safety bases at chosen electrical devices-2.part 13. Legislature in the area of the capital construction and designing activity 14.
