Teaching methods

Summary

Student is acquanted with basic technical and safety regulations, assignment of riskiness concerning demands for safety parts of control systems, with safety elements, modules and systems. Gained knowledges of the student will find full exercise in his practise at projection and running of machines and mechanical apparatus.

Subject syllabus:

Lectures: Basic terms,terminology,methodology from given field Regulations and standards with refer to the safety Hazards-analysis, principles for a judge, verifying, safety categories Electric devices, definition, division, standards basic regulation Regulations and standards in refer to electric devices of machines Breakdowns:their probability and criticism Analysis of ways and breakdowns consequences Technical demands on machines and machine devices NV 170/1997 Sb. (NV 15/95 a 283/2000) Demands on safe operation and machinery using, technical devices, instruments, tools, NV 378/2001 Sb. Protective and securiting systems and devices of machinery Technical demands on electrical devices including EMC (NV 168 ,169/97 Sb, 281/2000,282/2000) Conclusion, consultation (reserve) Exercises: Acquainting with chosen regulations from the safety field Standardisation,legislature, availability Technical documentation, rules, kinds, examples Classification examples of outside influences and dangerous spaces Public projects defends Laboratories: Verifying of the safety function of the emergency stop Projects: Design of safety control system for ordered function Hazards judging for an ordered workplace and a device
