Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1. Students will be acquainted with the risks resulting from the use of machinery. The clasiffication and the preventive measures will be shown as well. 2. Students will be able to describe the requirements of the standards EN 60204, EN 60439 and ISO 13849-1, it’s practical application in the electrical equipment of machines. 3. The ability of self – done conversion of risks of machinery into performance level PL and further into the destination of the category of safety-related part of a control system of the machine is the aim of this course.

Summary

Control system has substantive influence on safe operation of machines and apparatus. It must be designed and realised at the basis of actual degree of risk in accordance with technical standards and directions. After graduating, student will know operating features of individual safety elements and design safety control system with regard for classifying degrees of risk.

Subject syllabus:

Přednášky: Základní pojmy, terminologie, metodologie z dané oblasti Předpisy a normy ve vztahu k bezpečnosti Rizika- analýza, zásady pro posuzování, ověřování, kategorie bezpečnosti Elektrické zařízení , definice, rozdělení, základní ustanovení norem Předpisy a normy ve vztahu k EZ strojů Poruchy ; jejich pravděpodobnost a kritičnost Analýza způsobů a důsledku poruch Technické požadavky na stroje a strojní zařízení NV 170/1997 Sb. (NV 15/95 a 283/2000) Požadavky na bezpečný provoz a používání strojů, techn. .zařízení, přístrojů, nářadí ; NV 378/2001 Sb. Ochranné a zabezpečovací systémy a prostředky strojních zařízení Ochranné a zabezpečovací systémy a prostředky strojních zařízení Bezpečnost z hlediska možných poruch na EZ Technické požadavky na EZ včetně elektromagnetické kompatibility (NV 168 ,169/97 Sb, 281/2000,282/2000) Závěr, konzultace (rezerva Cvičení: Náplň cvičení: Seznámené s vybranými předpisy z oblasti bezpečnosti Normalizace, legislativa, dostupnost, Technická dokumentace, pravidla, druhy, příklady Příklady klasifikace vnějších vlivů a nebezpečných prostorů Veřejné obhajoby projektů Laboratoře: Laboratorní úloha: Ověření bezpečné funkce nouzového zastavení pohonu Posuzení rizik pro zadané pracoviště a zařízení Projekty: Návrhy bezpečnostních řídících systémů pro zadané funkce
