Summary

In the link of anticipated entry of Czech Republic into EU, national justice of Czech Republic assumes essential part of Community justice. The content of this subject is interpretation of statutes valid in electric power engineering that correspond with Directive of Board ES/EHS co called - new outlook.

Lectures: The present state of the standardisation in power engineering with a link to EU regulations Rome agreement-EU directives A overwiev of the technical standardisation in chosen EU countries (Germany,UK,France) Work code-the part of Safety and health protection at work Decree No.50/1978, the preset state Prerequisited Decree No.50/1978 amend The law No.458/2000, on enterprise conditions and performance of the state administrative in power engineering branches The law No.406/2000, on energy economy The law No.505/1990, on metrology in the law No.119/2000 wording The law No.22/1997, on technical demands for products in the law No.71/2000 wording PECA agreement Next connecting laws valid at the time of the subject teaching Projects: Example of elaborating of power engineering audit according to the law No.406/2000 Sb.
