Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

It is gain knowledge from technological processes used in heavy current electricity. Students will can determine and differentiate expedient material for magnetic circuits, size and number metal plates of magnetic circuit, acceptable dimension and corresponding isolation of conductor and determine needed quantity (length) of conductor for specifications.

Summary

Object is gain knowledge from technological processused in power currentelectrotechnics. Students will can determine and determine proportions and number piece metal plateof magnetic circuitit, acceptable dimension and corresponding isolation of conductor for winding and determine needed quantity (length) of conductor for technological recipe.

Lectures: Technological fundamental processes Produce quality, raising reliability and lifetime Mass structure, substances in various states Conducting materials in heavy current electricity Insulating and dielectric materials used in heavy current electricity Magnetic materials, characteristics of magnetic materials, using Construction magnetic circuits of electrical machines, accuracy of manufacture Fabrication of windings Fabrication of AC windings Proportions magnetic circuits Insulating system of electrical machines Determination dimensions of magnetic circuits and windings Technological surfacing of windings design and mounting of electrical machines Exercises: Opening exercise, conditions credit, safety considerations Fundamental notions of mass structure All-semestral particular examination paper centred on technological systems design of material dimensions and design of magnetic circuits, winding conductors, design distributed winding, technological recipes for windings design, insulative system of windings, design metal plate of magnetic slots, design template for windings Check training, verification of semestral work Credit examination paper Credit exercise
