Summary
Subject engage in constructional and electrical isolative materials, materials for winding construction of magnetic circuits of electrical machine and apparatus, technological processes by production of electric switching and control apparatus, technological entities as a distribution points. Tutorial is complemented with excursions into works Siemens, ABB EJF, OEZ, MEP etc.

Lectures:
Technological process - iron, ironless and isolative materials
Tolerance system, tolerance zone, storage engine support
Metal plate punching of magnetic circuit electrical machines, stacking magnetic circuit
Fabrication and winding position from circular and square cross-section wires
Production and filling armature winding, production squirrel-cage rotors
Production excitation windings, commutator production, mechanic balancing of rotors
Winding impregnation of electrical machines
Production conditions of electric apparatus - collective, repeated, serial small-lot and single-part productions of electric apparatus
Metal materials used in electric apparatus and switch-boards
Insulative materials in electric apparatus and switchboards
Liquidy and gaseous insulative materials
Surfacing electroplating heat treating of metal
Production constructional parts of electrical apparatus and switchboards
Production mechanisms of electrical switchgears
Some special production processes - production insulative pulls, tubulars, arc chutes, thoroughfare insulators and fuses of L.V. and H.V.
