Teaching methods

Summary

In winter semester - problems with propagation of the electromagnetic waves in the lead with spread parameters (waveguide) of different types, microwave elements - microwave filters, impedance transformers, resonators, circulators and wave shutters. In summer semester - in concurrence on the lectures from RT problems with radio-relay connections, system FDM and FM, hf stem structure, analog and digital radio-relay systems.

Subject syllabus:

Přednášky: Elektromagnetické vlny ve vedeních, vidy vln v obdélníkových vlnovodech, příčné elektrické vlny, příčné magnetické vlny, vidy vln v kruhových vlnovodech, příčné elektrické vlny, příčné magnetické vlny. Vlnovody p,H. Eliptické vlnovody, vidy vln v eliptických vlnovodech. Tlumení elektromagnetických vln ve vlnovodech s konečnou vodivostí pláště. Plochá vedení, nesymetrická a symetrická vedení, štěrbinové a koplanární vedení. Mikrovlnné filtry, impedanční transformátory a přechody, základní vlastnosti, prototypy filtrů, rezonátory, mikrovlnné filtry, filtry s přímými vazbami. Nehomogenity v mikrovlnných vedeních, styk dvou vlnovodů, vlnovodné clony, kolíky. Impedanční transformátory a přechody, úzkopásmová přizpůsobení, čtvrt-vlnový impedanční transformátor, přizpůsobení pomocí krátkých úseků vedení. Širokopásmová přizpůsobení činných zátěží, nereciproké mikrovlnné prvky.
