Lectures: Technology of productin PCBs. Subtractiv and a aditiv technology. Classes of accurracy. Materials of PCB. Etching. Photorezists. Procedures of subtractiv technology. HAL(Hot Air Leveling). Procedures of aditiv technology. Drilling of holes. Metalizing of holes. Printing of PCB. Computer Aided Design of PCB . Main materials for electrotechnology and their properties. Processing of thermoplasts and termosets. Isolation paints. Creating of metal surface lays. Mold, molding and cleaning. Quality control of processing. SMD devices. Degradation processes in elektrotechnic devices. Mathematic modeling of degradation processes. Dispens of paste, positioning of devices, reflow and cleaning of PCB. Processing of metal plates. Technologycal criterias for construction of final product. Hybrid circuits technology. Covering of chips. Service works on final PCBs. Ekology in electronic industry. Design and market.
