Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Understand the transmission systems and terminology used in telecommunications technology.
Learning outcomes are set so that the students are able to identify and apply tasks in the field of transmission systems.

Transmission signal characteristic, frequency spectrum, present networks character and its organization, fundamental quantities and transmission technique units, telephonemetric for transmission systems and normals, low-frequency transmission systems, low-frequency transmission system fundamental parts, supporting phone systems, frequency plan, fundamental groups and link band creation, digital transmission systems, pulse coding modulation, DM modulation, differential pulse coding modulation, system PCM 30/32, digital higher rank multiplex equipment, systems for broadcasting programme transmission, transmission manners, systems for televise transmission, signal ordering, transmission manners, transmission systems SDH, characteristic STM - 1, signal mapping.

Subject syllabus:
Lectures:
Low transmission systems,
transmission systems parameters (bandwidth, reference downturn, the residual
downturn, útlumové bias, group delay, distortion group delay, nonlinear
distortion, the dynamics of the channel, noice, understandable
misunderstandings). Pupins low-frequency cables. Key parts of low-frequency
transmission systems forks, the stability of telephone lines, echoes the
telephone lines, telephone kompandors.
Supporting telephone systems,
frequency plan, modes of operation, the basic group of telephone channels,
the creation of a basic channel group (direct modulation, single
předmodulace group předmodulace), the creation of basic secondary, tertiary
and quarterly groups, create a line zone.
Supporting telephone systems,
atenuation bias telephone channel. Sources supporting frequencies,
supporting the classification systems in ITU-T, Line tracts supporting
systems, reference circuit, the involvement of line amplifiers and control
levels.
Digital transmission systems, Pulse
code modulation, linear and adaptive DM modulation, differential Pulse code
modulation system PCM 30/32, PCM 1st Regulations. EncodersPCM, kompandors
and non-linear coders,
Digital multiplex equipment of
higher orders, balancing the transmission speed, synchronous and
asynchronous systems with ADM, transkoders PCM / ADPCM.
Cruises tracts of digital systems
and service signals, repeater and remote control, the transfer of groups of
channels between analog and digital multiple systems.
Systems for the transmission of
radio broadcasts, characterization, Mono and stereo transmission, reference
circuit, the organization network, low-frequency, high frequency and digital
transmission. Systems for the transmission of television programmes, the
organization network, the types and arrangement of signals, means of
transmission.
Telegraph transmission systems and
for the transmission of visual telegraphy, alphabetical and image
